FAQ:

Q: What will my order have for a return address?
A: It will simply say "The DPG". NO Smoke shop or Devil stuff.

Q: How do you know I got my order?
A: We use delivery confirmation on all orders.

Q: I see you gave something away. Why do you do this?
A: We are doing it for a few reasons. Sometimes it`s to promote an item we believe in sometimes it`s just to promote us and also to say thanks to the new customers.

Q: My order is not what I ordered. I think I have someone elses order.
A: This has happened in the past. We usually have you pack it back up and we ship your order to you. We usually just have you forward it to the right person. We also not only pay for the shipping we toss a little extra in for your extra trip to the Post office.

Q: You are new how do I know I can trust you?
A: We are new to the business just over 1 year old and brand new to the web. Go to our about us page have a look at some of the shop pictures. We feel if you trust us the first time we will not have to ask for your trust again.

Q: If I order an item and you are out, how do you handle that?
A: Like any good business should. We contact you right away. We let you know when it's going to be back in stock. And thanks you for your patience with exrea items. We do not lose customers to bad service. We hate bad service and refuse to give bad service.
